Irvine Park Railroad

Irvine Park Railroad, founded in 1996, is located in beautiful Irvine Regional Park. The train is a one-third scale train that takes both children and adults on a scenic, 12-minute ride through the 477-acre great park. The train ride is narrated by the engineer. Other park activities include Wheel Fun Rentals at Irvine Park bike and paddle boat rentals, pony rides, the Orange County Zoo, walking trails, horse rentals and more. Two snack bars inside of the park offer cold and hot food. Irvine Park Railroad offers a range of private and semi-private party areas that are available by reservation only. These locations are ideal for events including birthday parties, company picnics, family reunions, church group meetings, birthday parties and more. Irvine Park Railroad rents moon bounces for locations inside of Irvine Regional Park. Annual Irvine Park Railroad events include the Pumpkin Patch, Christmas Train, Easter Eggstravaganza, the California History Education Program Family Day and Anniversary Celebration.
